Physicians - Licensing - Internationally Trained Physicians and Licensed Physicians Residing in Other Jurisdictions

Authorizing the State Board of Physicians, beginning January 1, 2028, to issue a limited license, not to exceed 3 years, to practice medicine to an internationally trained physician under certain circumstances; prohibiting the renewal of a limited license issued by the Board; and requiring the Board to adopt regulations establishing minimum qualifications and application fees and to provide a pathway to full licensure; etc.
