Primary and Secondary Education - Educator Professional Development - Course on Well-Being and Flourishing

Requiring the State Department of Education to make available a professional development course on educator well-being and flourishing to school personnel and administrators on or before July 1, 2027; and requiring the Department to make the course available only if it can be provided at no cost or at a cost comparable to that which the Department pays for providing a commensurate course.
